![]() NCIGF Event Registration - Frequently Asked QuestionsRegistrationHow can I register another person for an NCIGF event, when I’m not attending myself?Our registration system does not support this feature. Each attendee must self-register and accept the Terms and Conditions before completing registration. If your organization has multiple attendees for an NCIGF event and you would like to pay via check, each registrant should select the ‘Invoice Me’ option. You can then batch them together and mail a check covering all attendees. When attempting to register for an event, the message 'You are not currently eligible to take this form' appears. What does this mean?This message indicates that you are already registered for the event (you've already 'taken the form' in MemberClicks parlance). If you believe you have received this message in error, please contact the NCIGF Events Team ([email protected]). SafelistingPlease be sure to add our email sender to your safelist (whitelist) to ensure delivery of event confirmations, receipts, and other communications from NCIGF. Every email provider has different safelisting procedures, so it’s hard for us to provide any one-size-fits-all instruction on what to do. For example, some providers only allow you to safelist by sender address or domain, in which case you’ll want to make sure to safelist memberclicks-mail.net. An email administrator should understand and be able to fill an IP safelisting request, but if you’re in need of assistance, here are instructions for adding to a safelist in some commonly used email providers: Safelist IPs

The first email will confirm your registration, and you will receive a second email with a PDF invoice attached. It is also a good idea to check your spam filters first. If paying for multiple attendees by check, please include a copy of the invoice generated for each attendee.
